CMMI and Business Goals
The description of the main focus of an improvement program starts with defining the goals the organization aims to achieve with improvement of the processes: what is going wrong or should be improved.
The next figure gives an indication of which processes have a positive influence on e.g. Productivity, Quality and Lead Time and could be candidates to start the improvement program.
